Great service! I needed new tires and they walked me through several quote options. They were able to fit me in for an appointment quickly and offered a loaner vehicle when the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Super friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions. I will definitely use them in the future.

Squeezed me in on Tuesday after a call on Monday afternoon to repair a tire. Tire was not repairable but they were able to get a same day replacement for an odd size tire and get me back on the road - great service!

I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Tire Pros Automotive! I've taken my vehicle for an oil change and now brakes. Prices are within good range. Not too pricey and work was completed in a timely manner. I'll be going back for regular oil changes and whatever else my vehicle needs. Great place.

What a wonderful experience each and every time! Tonight I arrived at two minutes to closing time with a very low tire, a sleeping child and a rambunctious puppy. I normally would not have gone in anywhere right at closing but I didn't feel like I could continue driving safely. Terry and his staff were not only helpful and proficient, but extremely friendly and welcoming. They immediately took my car back to put nitrogen in my tires and in the meantime, had treats for my puppy and candy, cookies, toys and TV to appease my sleepy child. It is very clear that customer service is a high priority. In about five minutes, my tires were done and they took the time to talk with me about preventing future issues. I have taken my car in for low tire pressure a couple of times before and have always had similar experiences. Not only will I be using them for my tire needs, but I will certainly be utilizing their other services as well. Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional, honest and reliable service and who really values their customers. Update: Incredible service yet again when I had a flat tire this week and pulled in their parking lot completely flat and right before closing time. They quickly took a look at my vehicle and got a new tire put on immediately, at the same time making sure I was comfortable, even offering me a phone charger for my almost dead phone. They have followed up twice since I left making sure I was ok and that the car was working great. Terry, Ben and the whole team are amazing. Highly recommended!!!
