Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros and Hybrid Shop

Got me in for new tires on a day when they were booked solid. Took care of me a few days later when an oversight at the nearby Jiffy Lube nearly caused me to completely lose a wheel. The guys at Mid-Atlantic are my new best friends. A+ operation

Waiting area is large and clean as was the restroom. Staff was friendly, professional and the work appears to be done exactly as requested and quoted. No attempt to push additional work or products. I will definitely be using them again.

This shop has always went above and beyond to accommodate me . The customer service is grade A . Ben and Terry consistently keep me up to date with what’s going on with my car and are 100% honest . The techs put their undivided attention on their projects to complete the service to your vehicle in a timely and professional manner . This is a shop that you can trust to give you advice , answers and most importantly honesty . It’s refreshing to not have someone sell you something that may not be necessary but advise you that certain things may need attention down the road . These guys did an awesome job on my 2021 dodge ram 1500. They installed bilstein 5100 adjustable struts set at 1.7 inches of lift. Wrapped 20x10-19 in Falken wildpeak AT3W, 305/55/20. Finished off with a alignment. Ben and Cody were fantastic to work with! Excellent customer service and transparent during the entire process. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Sorry I can't recommend this business was charged a fee to tell me what needed replaced, so replaced everything recommend. Go for an alignment and it leaves worse than when it went in said something about it then was instructed to replace a few more parts, took it back was charged for a second alignment at this point. It wasn't right was then told to replace a part that was just replaced ($70) I did and brought it back again but to no prevail. I took it to a different shop and they got it riding straight and smooth first time. WIll NOT RECOMMEND.

I took my car in for some new tires, alignment, and exhaust work. Ben and his team are great to work with and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning to Mid-Atlantic for any future car needs.
