I have spoken with Dave Townsend, who is absolutely great. He assisted me from start to finish with getting my vehicle serviced. Gave me a reasonable quote and set up an appt to get it fixed. I was able to drop off my vehicle the night before and was able to pick it up after hours. They are quick and efficient. I truly highly recommend if you need any service done! And they do reach out to you to ensure everything is working well. That is what Ben has done. So, overall amazing and they do listen/care! Thank you again! 🩵

I can't say enough positive things about Mid Atlantic! If you are looking for a shop you can trust - look no further than Mid Atlantic, seriously. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their team is incredible knowledgeable and continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle is taken care of promptly and efficiently. What sets them apart, in my mind, is their unmatched expertise and honesty. I trust them implicitly with my vehicle- they seriously have my bests interests at heart. They actually take the time to explain any issues and offer transparent recommendations without ANY pressure. Plus they have the new digital inspection report, which is incredible. They also have a texting appointment thing set up that makes my life so much easier. Ben and Dave and the whole crew - thank you all so much. Y'all have seriously earned a customer for life.

More expensive than the dealership.. unbelievable

Amazing place with very helpful staff. When my tire pressure light came on en route from Maryland’s Eastern Shore to the Baltimore area, they did a quick check, added air and sent me on my way with no charge. Trust me, I would have paid quite a bit not to attempt the Bay Bridge worried about a possible flat.

I was in need of new tires and saw this place had wonderful reviews, and now I know why. Throughout the process, David and Ben made it possible for me to get scheduled immediately with their busy schedule. On the day of, they called and texted me early to inform me that there was a small delay, but could fit me in as soon as possible. After I was done, they still checked on me a week and a month later. Due to them being incredibly attentive, This is my go to place now!

Great service provided by great people. If there’s an issue with your car they’ll give you the full breakdown, but no high pressure sales techniques. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly, and pricing is reasonable as well. I’m glad I found these guys, I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else.
