Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros and Hybrid Shop

I was in need of new tires and saw this place had wonderful reviews, and now I know why. Throughout the process, David and Ben made it possible for me to get scheduled immediately with their busy schedule. On the day of, they called and texted me early to inform me that there was a small delay, but could fit me in as soon as possible. After I was done, they still checked on me a week and a month later. Due to them being incredibly attentive, This is my go to place now!

Great service provided by great people. If there’s an issue with your car they’ll give you the full breakdown, but no high pressure sales techniques. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly, and pricing is reasonable as well. I’m glad I found these guys, I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else.

The best customer service I’ve seen. David and his guys realized my tire couldn’t be fixed so they put a new one on for me and had me ready for work the next day within 20 minutes. If you have any issues with your vehicle I would take it there. And they will call you to follow up to make sure everything is going good.

Got me in for new tires on a day when they were booked solid. Took care of me a few days later when an oversight at the nearby Jiffy Lube nearly caused me to completely lose a wheel. The guys at Mid-Atlantic are my new best friends. A+ operation

Waiting area is large and clean as was the restroom. Staff was friendly, professional and the work appears to be done exactly as requested and quoted. No attempt to push additional work or products. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys did an awesome job on my 2021 dodge ram 1500. They installed bilstein 5100 adjustable struts set at 1.7 inches of lift. Wrapped 20x10-19 in Falken wildpeak AT3W, 305/55/20. Finished off with a alignment. Ben and Cody were fantastic to work with! Excellent customer service and transparent during the entire process. 10/10, would highly recommend!
