Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros and Hybrid Shop

Working on a farm, we're pretty hard on our tires. This season we've gone through 3 on our F150. Terrance at Mid-Atlantic whom we dealt with each time was helpful, efficient, and didn't rake us over the coals with extra charges when he well could have. An honest and good team. A rare thing these days in any business.

When visiting my in-laws over Thanksgiving, one of our run flat tires gave out. The guys at Mid-Atlantic tracked down an appropriate replacement and got it to their shop and installed over the holiday weekend. Their service was great. Highly recommended,

Thank God for Mid Atlantic Tire Pros, they are truly the best! We were on our way to Ocean City and started experiencing car problems. By the grace of God it happened at the intersection a few blocks away from Mid - Atlantic Tire. Terry greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcome. He was not able to fix our extensive brake problem that day because it was on a Saturday afternoon. However, he was able to determine what needed to be done. We were from out of town and was not able to secure a rental car. Terry let us use a loaner vehicle. We would have had a terrible weekend if it wasn't for him. We came back on Monday and had a short wait but it was well worth it. Everyone that works there are Pros. Very knowledgeable, professional people. Terry was off on Monday but had left a note for Carlos explaining our situaction. Carlos assured us that we were in good hands and he was right. I just can't say enough about this place,staff and the way that they make you feel comfortable. I will drive here again to have work done on my vehicle. Thank you all for what you do everyday. From the reviews that I've read, you make every customer feel special. I thought we were the only ones!!!! lol I just can't thank your staff enough! We are truly greatful!

Love these guys. Terry is the best, and the rest of the team is pretty nice. I had a Lexus, so the replacement parts can be up there in price...but they always tried to find the best options for me. Good, honest place. Been there many times for maintenance and repairs. If you go there in the winter, bring an old coat...they run a good coat drive for the poor as well.

I was experiencing a shimmy/vibration of sorts when slowing down &/or braking in my 2008 Chevy Equinox. I went to Mid Atlantic Tire as they are the only service center I have the trust & confidence in to safely & correctly manage all my vehicle needs on the eastern shore of Maryland. I spoke to Terry Johns the owner who has always exuded the highest quality professionalism and knowledge in any automotive service establishment I have been to in my 30 plus years of driving and owning vehicles of many types. Terry as always approached the situation with concern, caring and understanding. Terry wrote up the work order and passed it to the technician that normally cares for my car, Carlos. Carlos is simply incredible. His technical expertise has never failed at any task presented to him concerning my vehicle and has never had to refer work out.. As usual Carlos determined that my 2 front tires were a bit out of balance and the front end aliment needed some adjustment. Once Carols completed the required work there was no longer a shimmy/vibration when slowing or braking. To some these may appear to be simple task but, for me it is piece of mind that my vehicle will operate safely. The entire staff (Terry, Rich, Carlos Ryan & Cody) at Mid Atlantic Tire are always at the top of their game and ready to take on any challenge. Fast efficient service. The repair bill was reasonable based on current labor rates in the area.
